§ Mr. Norman Lamontasked the Prime Minister whether the public speech of the Secretary of State for Education and Science on constitutional matters at Bromsgrove on 24th November represents Government policy.
§ The Prime MinisterIn so far as the speech is concerned with purely domestic affairs of the Labour Party in the country no question of Government policy arises. In respect of such parts of the speech as refer to Government policy, the answer is "Yes".
