asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether the Oil Development Council is still in being.

Yes. The Oil Development Council for Scotland will next meet on 3rd May.

Mr. Grimond

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many reports the Oil Development Council has made; and whether they will be made public.

Mr. William Ross

The Oil Development Council has itself submitted no formal reports to the Government. The council, however, set up committees of its members to examine infrastructure questions and environment issues, and the report of the latter was published on 25th April.
