§ Mr. MaclennanI am satisfied that consumers generally are receiving the full benefit of the subsidy on milk. I am aware that some dairymen have imposed delivery charges to meet above-average costs of distribution in certain rural areas. Any reports of unreasonable additional charges will be investigated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
