§ 37. Mr. Tomlinsonasked the Secretary of State for Prices and Consumer Protection if, in view of price increases of over 10 per cent. in items of sweets and confectionery, she will take steps to ensure compensatory price reductions so that no profit is made out of value added tax by retailers.
