asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what has been the total amount, since its inception, allocated to Hull each year in the urban aid programme; and on what projects it has been spent.

These grants have been paid for three nursery classes at Lambert Street Junior School; nursery units at Wold, Cleeve, Wansbeck, Welton, Fearns and Grange Primary Schools; a housing advice centre; two play centres for the mentally handicapped; a community worker for a volunteer bureau; and an extension to North Hull Community Centre.
