§ Mr. ArmstrongAny arrangement which an authority may make for admitting to its schools children from another authority's area is a matter for the authorities concerned. My right hon. Friend will consider any representations made to him in the light of the relevant provisions of the law and will have regard to all the circumstances of each case.
