§ Mr. Douglas-Mannasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will propose measures to ensure that any exemption from full Rent Act protection accorded to holiday accommodation in contemplated legislation is not abused.
§ Mr. FreesonI cannot anticipate the details of the legislation which my right hon. Friend intends to introduce in the near future, but I can assure my hon. Friend that the need to prevent abuse of any exemption from full protection is being kept well in mind.
