§ Mr. William RossThe hon. Member for Ross and Cromarty (Mr. Gray) has decided to sponsor a Bill which, if passed, will implement those of the committee's recommendations that require legislation. The Government have offered assistance in the preparation of this Bill. Apart from that I have nothing to add at present to the reply which I gave on 29th March to my hon.
