Whether in all proceedings within the E.E.C. they will urge the necessity of considering the migration of workers, aid and investment in developing countries, social affairs, regional policy and the control of multinational companies as most closely connected matters and not as separate fields of policy.
§ LORD GORONWY-ROBERTSMy Lords, the Government will certainly wish to ensure that there is adequate co-ordination in the development of policies in these fields.
