§ Mr. McCuskerasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what action the Chief Executive Officer in Northern Ireland has taken to nominate Ministers-designate to the Council of Ministers of the proposed Council of Ireland.
§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThe Council of Ireland has not yet been set up. It is entirely a matter for the chief executive member and his colleagues on the Northern Ireland Executive to nominate their representatives but I understand that no such nominations have been made.
