§ Mr. Fryasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish the quarterly figures for road accidents after lighting-up time in areas subject to 30 mph speed limits for 30th April 1972, and also for the four quarters immediately preceding.
§ Mr. Mulley,pursuant to his reply [OFFICIAL. REPORT, 3rd April 1974; Vol. 871, c. 376–7], gave the following information:
