asked the Secretary of State for Employment what consultations he has had concerning equal pay; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Booth

My right hon. Friend has not yet had any consultations about equal pay. The Government are, however, determined to work for orderly progress towards equal pay which will be a legal requirement on 29th December 1975.
