§ Mr. Reidasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will introduce legislation requiring all local authorities in Scotland to undertake schemes to provide retirement pensioners with low-cost public transport.
§ Mr. William RossI see no reason for taking away from local authorities their discretion in this matter.
