§ Miss Joan LestorHer Majesty's Government have yet to take a decision on ratification of the UNESCO Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property, which raises certain difficulties for this country.
