§ Mr. ShoreThe review I announced on 21st March—[Vol. 870. c. 1334–40]—will reappraise air traffic forecasts to 1990 and determine how this traffic might be handled, taking account of the noise and other environmental implications. It will not be concerned with the seaport which is being considered separately by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment.
