HC Deb 08 April 1974 vol 872 c34W
Mr. Teddy Taylor

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what information he has about the age at which concessionary fares for young people are permitted by transport undertakings in Scotland; and if he will take steps to ensure that transport undertakings under his jurisdiction apply concessionary fares to coincide with the minimum age for leaving school.

Mr. Carmichael

My Department does not collect this information. I would refer the hon. Member to my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Coatbridge and Airdrie (Mr. Dempsey) on 3rd April. —[Vol. 871, c. 1235–6.]
