HC Deb 05 April 1974 vol 871 cc447-9W
Mr. Freud

asked the Minister of Agriculture. Fisheries and Food if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT a table indicating the annual income and expen- diture of the March Third Internal Drainage Board and the Middle Level Commissioners from 1960 to 1973, or to the nearest convenient date, together with a similar table in respect of these drainage authorities' income and expenditure relating to the Dairyfields Estate, March, Cambridgeshire.

Mr. Moyle

The following tables show the available information. Details of expenditure relating to the Dairyfields Estate are not available. The operations of the March Third District Drainage Commissioners and the Middle Level Commissioners give benefit and protection to their drainage districts as a whole. Expenditure cannot readily be quantified in terms of work for the special benefit of small parts of their districts.
