§ Mr. Adam Butlerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to confirm the revised compulsory purchase order for the acquisition of the necessary land to carry out improvements to Bosworth Road, Barlestone, which has recently been submitted to him.
§ Mr. CarmichaelAn objection has been made to this order and reasonable time must be allowed for the council and the objector to try to reach agreement. If the objection is not withdrawn a public local inquiry will be necessary, and I cannot forecast when a decision on the order will be taken.
