§ Mr. Eldon Griffithsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give the approximate dates on which he expects to start and complete the following improvements of the A45 in Suffolk (1) dualling between the western end of the Bury St. Edmunds and the eastern end of the Newmarket bypass, and (2) dualling of the three sections between the eastern end of the Bury St. Edmunds and the western end of the Stowmarket bypass.
