§ Mr. Martenasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a statement on the draft resolution of the EEC dated 8th January 1974 Reference R/1/74 (Fin 1) for the implementation of a second stage of economic and monetary union.
§ Mr. DellI would refer the hon. Member to the statement made by my right hon. Friend in the Council of Ministers of the European Communities in Luxembourg on 1st April 1974, contained in the White Paper "Renegotiation of the Terms of Entry into the European Economic Community", Cmnd. 5593.
