Mr. W. E. Garrettasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will investigate the shortage of nursery school accommodation in the area of the North Tyneside Borough Council.
§ Mr. ArmstrongI am not aware of any special circumstances which would justify such an investigation. The North Tyneside metropolitan district has an allocation of £51,000 for nursery education building in 1974–75.
