§ Mr. FreesonAs I said in my reply to my hon. and learned Friend the Member for Leicester, West (Mr. Janner) on 25th March—[Vol. 871, c.24.]—I am reviewing the housing cost yardstick. My concern is to ensure that new public sector housing schemes are able to go ahead quickly and smoothly and that costs are reasonable.
