§ Mr. Edward ShortThis suggestion was referred by my predecessor to the then recently appointed Renton Committee on the Preparation of Legislation following the hon. Member's Question on 21st May 1973.—[Vol. 857, c.12.] The committee has not yet completed its work, but hopes to report this summer.
