§ Mr. McCuskerasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what contingency plans he has to deal with the situation which will develop when a Republican Easter commemoration parade is held in the Church Place area of Lurgan on Easter Sunday; and if he will guarantee safe passage to people attending their place of worship and children going to Sunday school.
§ Mr. OrmeThe security forces will take such measures as they consider necessary to prevent any breach of the peace on the occasion of the Easter commemoration parade in Lurgan. Every possible assistance will be given to people wishing to attend their place of worship at the time of the parade.
