§ Dr. SummerskillRegulations have been made under the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act 1928 controlling the conveyance by road of a wide range of dangerous chemicals, and it is my right hon. Friend's intention to extend these controls to toxic substances as soon as possible. In addition, there are arrangements for providing the emergency services with immediate advice on the hazards involved.
