§ Mr. MeacherThe Estimates for 1974–75 make provision for expenditure of 09.7 million on research and development on civil aircraft and aero-engine projects and assistance. If I consider that any changes are necessary these will be announced as appropriate. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade is responsible for expenditure on research and development for civil aviation.
