§ Mr. Rifkindasked the Secretary of State for Employment what is the annual expenditure incurred in Edinburgh and in Great Britain as a whole, in respect of the Training Opportunities Scheme (TOPS); what proportion of this expenditure is in respect of female participants; and what proportion of female participants in the scheme have found employment enabling them to use the skills obtained through participation in the scheme both in Edinburgh and in Great Britain as a whole.
