§ Mr. CarmichaelThe inspector's report of the public inquiry into proposals for the Portswood link is included with his report of two concurrent inquiries held into the Department's proposals for the M27 and M3 and will be published when decisions on the latter have been taken. I cannot yet say when this will be.
