§ Mr. MoyleAs my right hon. Friend said in his speech on the Address, it is in the national interest to reduce our dependence on imported food by the encouragement of an expansion of British agriculture where that can be achieved efficiently and economically. This will be in the interests of the consumer as well as of the economy generally.
