§ Mr. Clemitsonasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will seek powers to make legally enforceable the maximum resale charges for electricity which electricity boards are obliged to publish.
§ Mr. EadieThere is already provision under Section 29 of the Electricity Act 1957 for the recovery of sums charged in excess of the resale price fixed by the Electricity Board to be recovered by the person to whom the electricity is sold.
