§ Mr. CarlisleThe Middlesex Area Magistrates' Courts Committee has represented that the effect of the Magistrates' Courts Committee (Constitution) Regulations 1973 in Middlesex will be to create a committee of 33 members as compared with the present committee of576W 18, and has asked that different arrangements be made in order to produce a smaller committee. I am considering this matter, but have not yet sent a final reply.
