§ Mr. Biffenasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will list the legislation which repealed the provision for special reviews of agricultural prices.
§ Mr. Anthony StodartSection 4(1) of the European Communities Act 1972 repealed the provisions listed in Schedule 3 to that Act. The repealed provisions include Section 2(2) of the Agriculture Act 1947, which provided for special reviews of the economic condition of the agricultural industry.
