§ LORD WINDLESHAMThe recruitment of Parliamentary draftsmen has for a number of years constituted a problem for successive Governments. At present there are sufficient to deal with the Government's current programme of legislation. As to the future, all available sources of potential recruitment are kept constantly under review.
