§ Mr. PriorI am afraid I am not yet able to say precisely when the Government's announcement will be made. Many very helpful comments, both from interested organisations and from members of the public, have been received. These have all been taken into account, and I hope the Government's reaction to the report of Population Panel will be made known later in the autumn.
