§ Mr. OnslowThe matter is best dealt with by agreement between the parties directly concerned. When my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State met representatives of the Brewers' Society on 4th October and of the Licensed Victuallers Central Protection Society of London on 5th October, the Brewers' Society's proposed code of practice on tenant security was discussed. I expect to meet the National Federation of Licensed Victuallers shortly. I am hopeful that the code will be agreed and will provide a satisfactory basis for the security of tenant licensees.
