§ Mr. Rostasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry when he intends formally to lay before Parliament the Annual Report of the Electricity Council, the Central Electricity Generating Board and the 12 area electricity boards in England and Wales for the year ended 31st March 1973.
§ Mr. Tom BoardmanThey were laid yesterday. This year, for the first time, these reports were published as non-parliamentary papers and the requirement to lay them at the same time as the Secretary of State's Report on Electricity for 1972–73. which was laid on 24th July last, was unfortunately overlooked. I very much regret this oversight. The reports were published on 11th September 1973 and copies were placed in the Library.
