§ Dame Joan Vickersasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, for each of the years since the introduction of the low-priced books scheme of the English Language Book Society, what was the number of countries covered, the number of titles available in mathematics, science and technology, the total number of books produced and the cost of the subsidy.
