§ Mr. Biffenasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will list the provisions in the European Communities Act which bear on the subsidising of animal feed compounders under the Industry Act, or otherwise, with a view to reducing farmers' costs.
§ Mr. GodberThe European Communities Act does not refer specifically 93W to the provisions of the Industry Act but Section 2 gives general effect to rights and obligations arising under the EEC treaties.
