§ Mr. Michael HeseltineAfter consultation with the board and with the approval of the Treasury, I have decided that it would be reasonable to expect the British Airways Board to achieve an average rate of return on mean net assets of 8 per cent. over the period 1972–75, which will be its first three years of operation. I am making a formal determination accordingly under Section 50 of the 1971 Act.
