Mr. Redmondasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what is his present policy with regard to proposals from the Council of the EEC that all rates should be harmonised; and whether he will indicate the industries in the United Kingdom which would be affected if such harmonisation were strictly applied to their goods and services.
