§ Mr. Gordon CampbellIt is the Government's intention to introduce legislation on salmon and freshwater fisheries in Scotland as soon as the parliamentary programme permits, but because of the many competing demands on parliamentary time and the length of the Bill required it is unlikely that it can be presented in the present Session of Parliament.
