§ Mr. Michael HeseltineThe arrangements for allocation of fuel announced to the House last week apply to the operators of executive aircraft. Separate legislation to cover such cases would not be appropriate. I am discussing priorities for oil allocation with the civil aviation industry, and I would certainly ask anyone contemplating travel by executive 161W aircraft to use scheduled flights wherever they are available.
