§ 31. Mr. Wingfield Digbyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether it has yet been decided who will represent the United Kingdom at next year's conference on the Law of the Sea at Santiago.
§ Mr. AmeryThe United Kingdom delegation will be led by Sir R. Jackling, formerly Her Majesty's Ambassador at Bonn and now an Ambassador within the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. The conference is now being held at Caracas.
