§ Mrs. ThatcherPublic library authorities are not required to inform me of arrangements they may make for the discharge of their functions by joining92W together with other authorities for this purpose. My advisers are aware of the proceedings of the Yorkshire Libraries Joint Development Working Party but, as the hon. Member for Huddersfield, West (Mr. Lomas) was informed on 24th May—[Vol. 857, c. 137]—in answer to a previous Question, the matter is one for local decision.
