§ Mr. GodberUnder stage 3 of the counter-inflation programme, no notice of an intended increase in the price of by-products for animal feeding which arise in the milling of grain, the processing of sugar beet or oilseeds or in the manufacture of alcoholic drinks need be given to the Price Commission. The British Sugar Corporation Limited, which is the sole producer of sugar beet pulp, is, however, required to make returns to the commission of its profits, sales and costs.
