Walker-Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he is aware of the difficulties caused by his inability to designate part of the area 30W of a county council under Section 12 of the Caravan Sites Act 1968 ; and whether he will introduce legislation for the amendment of those provisions.
§ Mr. Graham PageStrong representations have been made on this point by Hertfordshire County Council and others. These are being considered, but I am not yet in a position to make a statement.
