§ Mr. Clinton Davisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make a statement concerning the 65W representations which have been made by professional bodies, relating to the desirability of requiring prosecutors in criminal cases to furnish the defence with copies of all statements relevant to the case taken from persons during the inquiries which preceded the prosecution.
