§ Mr. AmeryThe Arms Control and Disarmament Research Unit studies 47W specialised and longer-term problems of the control, limitation and reduction of armaments ; it makes available the results of its research to those officially concerned with the day-to-day conduct of British policy in this field. The original strength of the unit in 1965 was six. In 1968 it was reduced to four, and that is the present figure.
