§ Mr. GodberI met Sir Henry Plumb, President of the National Farmers' Union, on 6th November as part of the continuing discussions which I have with him. I shall be seeing him again very shortly. I am, of course, also kept informed on the frequent contacts between my officials and those of the National Farmers' Union.
