Member for Central Ayrshire; and if he will formulate proposals for preventing such intrusion into people's private lives.
§ Mr. CarlisleWe have received several complaints about the leaflets to which the hon. Member refers, and a great many about the indiscriminate unsolicited circulation of similar material. Clause 10 of the Cinematograph and Indecent Displays Bill, which has now received its Second Reading, is designed to provide more effective safeguards against this objectionable practice.
